I don't really think of Brookland Pint as a restaurant, more like a meeting place and a bar. If I am going to hang out with someone in this neighborhood, I'll totally suggest it, and the food is solid with decent veg choices. But it's not anything you're going to write home about. The beer list is great, but not all server are familiar with the idea that some beer is not vegan.

Vegan Burger - Edit

I had their vegan burger option. It wasn’t on the brunch menu, but I asked the server and they prepared it. It was a tasty burger and the toppings were great. A nice restaurant option for a group brunch!

Pros: Falafel , Burger

Nicer bar/restaurant with reliable vegan choices - Edit

I'm a fan. This restaurant is from the same owners of Meridian Pint and Smoke n Barrel, which also have vegan options and long beer lists. Has a nice upscale bar vibe and several vegan choices on the menu, which are usually pretty good. Good for brunch, lunch, or dinner. They have food all day long, although in the slow between lunch and dinner hours (like 3pm ish) I believe they only offer certain sections of the food menu.

Busboys and Poets is also a solid choice across the street, but when I'm in Brookland, I'll typically go here because Busboys and Poets has more locations around town.
