new chorizo - Edit
as of yesterday 4/13/26 they started carrying plant based chorizo! the vegan options are white & brown rice, both beans, veggies (peppers & onions), pico, house salsa, corn, lettuce, cilantro, onion, guac, & the chorizo. makes for a solid bowl and they usually load it up significantly. sometimes other ingredients spill into the wrong containers at the food line, so just check before ordering. there have been times i’ve skipped beans or lettuce if cheese had fallen in. they’re also good about changing gloves and getting a completely fresh container of an ingredient if cross contamination happened.
