First time customer and let me tell you......that crispy chick'n sandwich was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was and the amount of fries was wayyyy more than enough for 2 people 😋

Yum Vegan Junk Food in Midtown - Edit
100% Plant-Based Vegan Junk/Fast Food with great shakes and awesome service!
Read morePersonnel were super friendly and helpful!
We ordered: Ultimate Deluxe (sauce on the side) AND it was so delicious and satisfying! I also ordered the Patch (Root Beer) Float. Yum! Non-vegan pal ordered the Ultimate Crispy and they said they could have had two (2)! It was that good! Fries are good but my BFF didn’t appreciate all the seasoning/herbs.
Totally recommend to my fellow vegans missing those nostalgic flavors. The midtown neighborhood is super cute and walkable!
Major thanks for the 50/50 shake, my BFF said it was thick and not overly sweet! Yay!

Love the staff - Edit
The employees are definitely what makes this place stand out. They're always super nice. The food is good, I just hate the flavor of pea protein, so that sucks, because it's in a lot of things here. The fries are bomb and I love the seasonal shakes. Also the little chicken wrap I got was killer.

Yummy and fun neighborhood - Edit
Have been wanting to try Burger Patch for awhile. We were finally able to go yesterday. First impression is always the staff. The gentleman who took orders was so pleasant and friendly. The area is a lot of fun. You can go in and order or order through a window from the sidewalk. People with dogs and bikes were happy with the option. There is no seating inside but they have picnic tables outside. It was a beautiful day and lovely to see people enjoying the outdoors and stopping in to get some vegan food.
Read moreWhen you order they take your number so text yuh when your food is ready. This allows you do walk around for a few minutes. The prepare the the food when it is ordered so it takes a little while (maybe 10 min) but the food is fresh.
We tried 2 Fond Burgers, grilled cheese sandwich, and Bunch strips with Patch dipping sauce. We also tried the seasonal fun size shake (we ordered 3) with both vanilla and chocolate. Everything was really delicious. The bread for the grilled cheese was really nice, the burgers had great flavor. The strips were basically Gardein so we likely won’t get those again but they were a good option for our 2 year old granddaughter.
The one and only issue was it is pretty pricy. These were small items small shakes (the straw was more than twice the height) and it came to about $45.
We plan on going back to try some of their wraps and salads. We were going to a wedding so wanted options that were less likely to end up dripping on our clothes. 😀
Pros: Fully vegan , Fun vibe to the neighborhood , Friendly staff
Cons: A bit pricy

AMAZING BURGERS - Edit
So glad we found this place on our very short stint in Sacramento. Always pleased to see 100% vegan menus, but the variety here was truly amazing. Wish this place would open in London! People commenting on the prices, but I'd say these are pretty standard for Cali (and more worth it than most places)

Can't say much else other than wow, THESE are true fast-food burgers. Not in the McDonalds way, but in the feeds-your-soul way. They've got heft, meatiness, cheesiness, and soft toasty buns! YUM!

Blackberry Shakes OMG - Edit
We ordered a blackberry shake and a chocolate shake for our drive. The chocolate was delicious, but the blackberry shake was to die for. I love that part of the money during the month of May went to Blackberry Creek Animal Sanctuary, too. You gotta love that we now have vegan fast-food burger joints in major cities. Give these guys a try when in Sacramento!

It’s like a vegan In n Out! - Edit
This place is so damn good! It’s literally like vegan In n Out burger! The milkshakes are cashew-based and the creaminess is out if this world! The burgers and fries are awesome too! Took omni friends here and they loved it too! It’s a little spendy, but totally worth it!

A go to place everytime we pass through Sac. Burger Patch has such good service, good food, and isn’t as expensive as other vegan places. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing and I take my friends here anytime we are nearby.

Love this vegan fast food! - Edit
I am vegan and the burgers are a bit too rich for me but my husband who is 20/30 vegan loves them! I get the "chicken" sandwiches and nuggets. Their sauces are fantastic! And here's the guilty pleasure: the fries! They are SO good! I can't cover them with any sauce, they're so good. I can't eat them every day but what a treat! They have awesome "milk"shakes too! I love this place and now they have one on 65th which is so close to us! Recently we got burgers & chicken for non-vegan friends. They loved all of it! Love spreading the news that vegan does not mean yucky food!

Great place for Veg*ns and Omni's alike! - Edit
I was visiting Sacramento with a friend and this was the first spot I chose. The double patch burger was delicious and the loaded fries were awesome too! My friend couldn't believe it was all vegan, and it was a little suspicious because the restaurant looks like a normal burger joint. I tried their vegan chocolate shake and it was quite yummy, unfortunately my friend couldn't have one because it contains almonds, people with nut allergies be warned.
Read moreThe only complaint I have is that they weren't as environmentalist as I hoped. I brought a reusable water bottle which they refused to refill. They forced me to use a "recycled" plastic cup for each refill, and ended up having to throw away 3 plastic cups which could have been saved. The waitress also gave us plastic lids and straws without asking, ended up having FIVE unused "recycled" plastic straws. They do use composted boxes for food which is cool, but that doesn't really matter if they hand out plastic cups/straws willy nilly.
Overall it's a lovely restaurant, just would prefer if they were more sustainable.
Pros: Great location with outdoor seating, Food is superb at a reasonable price, Wait times weren't long at all, like 15 minutes
Cons: Lots of plastic waste

Good comfort food. Got a double and some fries. They came in convenient paper basket so I could eat in my car. 😉 I’m not sure if that was the exact purpose but in covid times. You eat in your car. Went back for the shakes and the ranch that is worth the trip alone
