Surprisingly Amazing - Edit
Burger Patch was my first plant-based, fast-food experience. I was impressed with both the service and the quality of the food. My son, age two, is usually a very picky eater but he ate every bite. 10/10 would recommend to anyone serious about this lifestyle.

Due to COVID-19 restriction I ordered for takeout and it was simple. I ordered online with a specific time for pick up. They texted me when it was ready, I showed up they brought it to me quickly and the food was still hot and delicious. Will order again as now I want to try other meals in their menu.

I started my exquisite experiences with a taste of the chicken tender burger. My, my, what a tasty treat! The sauces found themselves blending in desperate unity to the chicken between those scrumptious buns. I am ecstatic to announce this burger has found a special place in my heart. The establishment had provided a divine assortment of additional sauces to lather and drip over your burger in at your desire.
Read moreI continued this adventure into Valhalla with a tasting of the milkshake offerings. The vanilla had a distinct flavor of vanilla bean. A flavor oh so akin to perfection as it danced across my tastebuds. The chocolate; however found itself following the footsteps of the Wendy's frosty. In my opinion the vanilla frosty will get you there faster then the chocolate, if ya know what I mean... a fulfilling meal.
In conclusion this establishment and food has excited my palate and opened my troves of experiences. I will find myself exploring other experiences of equal excitement due to this restraunt. They have opened my eyes given me an excellent source of sustenance.

This is a real find. Lovely vibey and vibrant neighborhood, beautiful message of inclusiveness and kindness but most importantly delicious and casual food. Everything is freshly prepared, great quality of ingredients and very kind staff. The outdoor seating is welcoming and comfortable.

Finally made it to Burger Patch and it was great! Yummy burgers and fries. I was sad that I was too full to get a shake because the seasonal winter shake looked AMAZING... I took a picture of it on the sign so I could look at it fondly and imagine what it would taste like! Can’t wait to go back!

Great Place for Beyond Meat Cheeseburgers - Edit
I'm not the biggest Beyond Meat fan, but Burger Patch does it right with them. I went there twice visiting Sacramento. Great sauce, cheesy-ness, plus optional Hickory Smoke Strips. Have not tried the chickn type sandwiches. Their fries have a little Rosemary on them I think - very crispy and flavorful!

Some drawbacks are that the space is really small, but not a big deal if you get it to go or have delivery options. One other thing that was a little frustrating the first time is that I ordered for pickup, received a text confirmation and a notification that the food would be "ready soon", but I was just waiting around the space for a notification or someone to announce that it was ready, but no one said anything while the order was sitting on a shelf for like 10 minutes waiting to be claimed unbeknownst to me. I know the drill now, but it would have been nice to get a confirmation text that said "ready!". Not a big deal though, they're new and will figure that stuff out. Food was great!

Amazing! (If you like beyond meat) - Edit
I finally got to try this place after seeing it posted on social media and it was amazing! I got the BBQ patch burger and fries. The sauce on the burger was so tasty and the fries were seasoned in a really unique way. If I’m ever in Sac again I’m definitely going to want to try one of their shakes and one of the secret menu fries. (google the secret menu beforehand to see the loaded fries they offer)
Read moreOne of the downsides is that this place is EXTREMELY small. We had to sit outside in the cold to eat. There is probably only 6/7 seats inside. The line was out the door when we were there.
Another thing that bothered me is, to my knowledge, they only have beyond meat as the “burger” with no regular veggie burger option. I really hate the aftertaste of beyond meat, but that’s just how I personally feel about it. If you are one of those people like me that hate the taste of beyond meat, this place may not be for you. I still enjoyed my burger regardless of aftertaste though because the fake bacon and the sauce was just THAT GOOD. It’s a bummer I’m not in the sac area more to try out the whole menu.

Read moreTheir food is amazing, burgers are juicy, shakes are sweet and thick but not too thick that you can't use a straw. Their fries are great and have a ton of flavor. We recently tried their seasonal Winter items: Wintry Mix Shake- Peppermint Oreo Heaven, Chili Cheese Fries (Spuds)- Amazing! And I had them put chili on my Patch Burger- Bomb.COM! Some of the best Chili we have EVER had!
Their customer service is top notch and Stephen the General Manager is the best. They are all so fast in the kitchen and will always take care of you with any requests. They are a Sacramento Area staple no matter the food diet you follow!

Read moreWe arrived close to 1pm and it was packed. This is clearly a popular restaurant.
The restrooms are gender neutral and they have a sign posted stating everyone is welcome.
They also have a nice monitor highlighting women.
The restaurant is quite small and most of the searing is outside.
You place an order and pay then pick up your food. Everything was very clean and well organized. Even the restroom was clean which was surprising bc it was heavily used.
They use compostable containers and have little waste.
The price is about $8-$12 a sandwich only.
The ranch: yum loved the flavor
The BBQ: Delicious and super cheesy
Fries: great herb flavor
Highly recommended if you are in the area.

My daughter and I stopped here as we were passing through town mainly because I saw they had shakes which I knew would be a hit with my daughter. They did not disappoint! We both had the half vanilla and half chocolate shakes. Texture was thick and you would swear it was real ice cream, very yummy! I also tried an order of chocolate chip cookies and they were delicious too. Be sure to stop in if you want a treat.

Appreciated that the entire menu was vegan! I had the Apple pie shake , made with local and organic apples. The Fries were great and loved the variety of vegan dips and beverages made with organic ingredients! They even gave my son a free shake for his birthday which was a major plus !
