Why Bother With the Vegan Menu - Edit
The place is very nice inside, and the staff is very nice and accommodating. I saw several reviews that said to ask for the vegan menu, so I was beyond stoked to try this place. The vegan menu was two salads that were on the main menu that you had to order without cheese. I was immediately disappointed when I saw this. They were kind so I didn't want to just leave to find something else. I ordered the pear and fig salad, luckily the waitress noticed they had put cheese on it before she brought it out, so she had the kitchen make a new one. My meat eating family started on their meals while I waited for a fresh salad. It was very good, but very small for an entree dish. It was the size of a side salad I would get with my entree anywhere in the Bay Area. If you want a small, light salad then this is your place, but if you want a decent vegan meal, keep looking.

Ask for the Vegan Menu! - Edit
Very charming spot with excellent service. I asked what could be veganized and the server surprised me by saying they had a vegan menu. It was small and they didn't have all the items on it, but given how limited vegan options are in the area, I was just happy to have options! I had a delicious salad and artisan toast. I hope to go back next time I'm in town. The omnivores in my party enjoyed their meals as well.

Nice surprise find - Edit
With not many options in the area, my husband suggested to go there and go the sides-route. But, to our surprise, there were options (They don’t seem to advertise this much)! And not like salad or fries, but I got a lentil shepherds pie, which was a good lunch portion. That day they even had a vegan tarte, which we took to go - delicious. Sadly forgot to snap a pic of that.
