One of my favorite vegan meals in Holbox - Edit
Absolutely beautiful rooftop restaurant. Staff was knowledgeable about veganism and told me what could be made vegan. They have a ravioli that is vegan and I heard sometimes vegan gnocchi. I ordered aglio, olio, e pepperoncino. It really hit the spot after some subpar vegan meals on the island. They served bread and a tomato sauce that they told me was vegan. I had a strawberry sorbet for dessert as well. Vegan meals are hard to find on the island and this was one of my favorite dinners. I went back a second night.
