Good Pho - Edit
A big bowl of vegan pho warmed me up on a chilly day. It was good and filling. The broth was mild in flavor with tofu, bok choy, mushrooms, carrots and noodles. I wish the pho was served with less scallions and with cilantro, in addition to the basil, bean sprouts and lime wedge, for garnish. The restaurant was clean with outdoor seating. Friendly service, too. I look forward to going back and trying other vegan menu items.
