Creative! - Edit
I had the Pad Thai Brussels sprouts. I expected a noodle dish but it was a variation of fried brussel sprouts, no noodles. I considered adding a side of rice but it was filling on its own. Probably healthier too! The menu has six items under the heading Vegan Bites plus three rice or noodle dishes that can be made vegan. I like it!
