Neapolitan (aka amazing) pizza dough

I love Neapolitan pizza dough, therefore the pizza is yummy!
Not super-amazed by the toppings - the combinations of each vegan pizza are not very appropriate in my opinion.
They don’t offer vegan cheese, a vegan cream or purée or something special for the vegan options. Not even arugula as a topping. That would definitely boost the pizza-experience.
Therefore - good dough, but room for improvement regarding the toppings.
