So limited for vegans - Edit
A few good vege options but very little to choose from for vegans. They do clearly label what is in each dish though. It’s a shame they can’t come up with some more options for vegans.

Great dumplings - Edit
Really tasty food - just be specific about what you want; especially asking for no egg in the rice. Veg dumplings are really good though!

Possible to have all-vegan meal - Edit
Although we prefer to eat in places that do not serve meat, we love dumplings and therefore occasionally visit places like this. We managed to compose an all vegan lunch - veg dumplings, fried mushroom special, marinated cucumbers and some sort of seaweed salad, mushroom bun & stir fried spinach! Need to ask for the vegetarian chilli sauce! Food was ok, nothing outstanding tho!

Favourite place for Dumplings - Edit
One of my fav places to head to at KLCC as there's lots of vegan-friendly options here.
Read moreI wrote to them and they gave me a list of items that vegans can order from their menu. The vegetarian options are already clearly marked with the green leaf, you just need to state no eggs or no milk on some items. Here's the list:
- Din Tai Fung House Special
- Spicy Pickled Cucumber
- Shanghai Kaofu
- Steamed Vegetarian Mushroom Dumpling
- Vegetarian Mushroom Bun
- Mini Yam Bun
- Mini Red Bean Bun
- Vegetable & Mushroom Fried Rice (request for no egg)
- Stir-fried green vegetable with garlic (request for vegetarian stock)
- Red bean Xiaolongbao
- Yam Xiaolongbao
- Double Boiled Papaya & Snow Fungus
- Chilled Grass Jelly topped with Purple Glutinous Rice (request for no milk)
The steamed vegetarian mushroom dumplings are fine and delicate. The fried rice here remains my firm favourite. Red bean xia long bao is always great for dessert.
Very clean.
Staff are courteous.
Pros: High quality in their food standards, Good variety of vegan options
