Great veggie lasagna - Edit
A little overpriced but great lasagna, chocolate mousse and little meh because it’s too creamy.

Delicious and healthy - Edit
Love the freshness and perfect blending of flavors in both the Kitcheree and the curry. Although not completely vegan now, pretty much everything on the menu can be made vegan. We greatly enjoyed both our meal and the atmosphere of this lovely little restaurant.

The vegetable pancakes on the brunch menu were so good. Very filling and not heavy. Plus lovely atmosphere and the chairs at the two-person tables are super comfortable.

Delicious food - Edit
We enjoyed our visit here a few years ago - I’m sure it was fully vegan at the time but sad to learn it has become vegetarian if that is the case.
Read moreWe really struggled in New York and found all of the food so processed, but this was one of the only meals that was delicious and we didn’t feel sick/bloated after and the flavours were amazing.
A really nice restaurant and fantastic menu - we would return if we came back to New York
Pros: Vegan mozzerella, Natural, not processed
Cons: Expensive

I wish it was fully vegan - Edit
I love food at Divya’s Kitchen. It’s fresh, it’s plant based in most cases, it’s delicious. It’s not processed. But I do have to make sure that I order vegan dishes. I guess vegetarian is not good enough for me.

My go to place - Edit
This restaurant has been a favorite of mine since I became a vegan. It has a delicious menu, of which the vegan lasagna is my favorite. The place has an aura of mindfulness and peace, where I come to take a break from the bustle of the city. Even after a full meal there I feel light and balanced.

Ayurvedic food - Edit
The overall food was good but there was something which was missing. Felt food was little blend. The cashew cream curry did not meet the expectations. It was very average. But the coconut chocolate cake was very good. Just loved it.

The best food in NYC - Edit
I’ve been to many many vegan restaurants but this one beats them all. I’ve been there with my partner twice and we’re gonna be back for sure. It is pricey but definitely worth it. The vegan lasagna is crazy good idk what magic goes on in the kitchen but all the flavors work so well together. We also had the cashew curry and again - I’ve had many curries in my life but this one is one level up.

Great food in nice setting - Edit
The food here is delicious and healthy, with a bunch a vegan items. The setting is relaxed and yet somewhat refined--cloth napkins, silverware, etc. (rather than paper and plastic, such as is not uncommon in this area). The place is not cheap, but not means overpriced, either, and the staff is very friendly.

This place has amazing cashew curry, with many dope sauces. It's a bit expensive, but when I was dating someone that was rich they would bring me here.

Healthy mix - Edit
Ordered in last night from here for the first time. Food was so good. Except L said that she understands why I liked it -because it tasted home-made & she likes reataurant taste.. And that is exactly why I liked it so much. Food tasted like food and not like weird sauces and add-ons. The carrot risotto was my favorite, and I also liked the curry, the kitchadi, the sides of veggies and sweet potato, not so much the vegan lasagna. Almost everything we ordered was also available in Gluten Free. There was some hassle with the delivery so we got a few desserts thrown in. I’m gonna try them tonight, mousse ingredients didn’t seem to have sugar, yay! Was so hungry, forgot to take pictures. Next time.

Wow- the food was amazing. I had heard from a friend that it was her favorite veg spot in NYC so I decided to give it a try. The lasagna was absolutely incredible. By far one of my favorite dishes in NYC. So so yummy. I can’t wait to go back!

The best vegan meal ever. The flavors developed are indescribable. - Edit
One of the top meals we have eaten. Not only were we greeted by the chef and owner as we arrived, she sat us and explained multiple spice properties and their benefits. As a vegan I was thrilled to see so many options. We will definitely be back!

The food wasn’t awful, but I’ve most definitely had better. Staff was very nice, but I thought the food was boring. There’s no food that a child would enjoy. The food is also very expensive. They have the BEST sugar-free chocolate dessert EVER!
