They do high quality dupes of loads of perfumes which is why they are a popular shop full stop but they use cruelty free, vegan formulas that are refillable. Everyone I’ve ever encountered in the shop has been lovely. What more could you ask for?

Eden Perfumes - Edit

I stopped in this store during one of my Portobello Market strolls and was pleasantly surprised/impressed. The staff (maybe it was the owner?) was so friendly and helpful. I loved the perfume I purchased. I’ll be back for more! Great prices too.

Cruelty free perfumes - Edit

Stopped by on a recent trip to Portobello Market and ended up buying a new perfume. Good service, plenty of choice and I’ll sure be back for refills .

Used to get my fragrances here and in Brighton. Not many new fragrances, only the classics not perfect if you’re looking for a popular dupe.

Best fragrance shop ever - Edit

This has to be in m ugh opinion the greatest fragrance shop there is , the staff are incredibly knowledgable about the products , not to mention they have some if the best fragrance collection I have seen in any other shop...

Poor customer service - Edit

I've had a really negative experience. I never received my order. I thought it was possibly due to COVID. I never received a shipment notification or tracking. The order never was updated to show it shipped. Customer service would not resolve the issue. Just said too bad. I am pretty disappointed. Don't order from Eden if your not in the UK.

So sorry to learn about your experience , we send a few hundred daily orders accross the world and mainly Usa. We are saddened to know that you haven't recieved your order from us , however your order was placed at the end of March 2020 precisely on the 31st , that is 6 months ago , we allow our customers 30 days from when they placed their order to contact us and inform us of a delayed delivery or non deliveries , but knowing how covid 19 has affected the world we had to extend this 30 daygrace period to 3 month to allow people to claim their parcels with us. Sadly this order has been placed 6 months ago , and we havent been made aware that it hasn't been delivered to you until today meaning that we can no longer track it on the Couriers system as it has just seems to have been forgotten about and informing us that you haven't received your parcel 6 months later didn't make it easier for us to check its whereabouts and inquire with the couriers, we do understand that this is frustrating but we hope you can understand the reality of the actual situation.... Once again we are really sorry but it is all in our T's & C's .

Eden perfumes are incredible and veganise mainstream perfumes to make them cruelty free! They also do soaps and deodorant sticks as well as gift boxes so you can sample a range. If you see Eden at vegan fairs or are in the Notting Hill area definitely try them out!
