Excellent vegan tex mex - Edit
The vegan options are ridiculously good. They have a good selection of vegan options, they are clearly labeled on the menu and they are not crazy expensive. The vegan crunchwrap and the verde vegan enchiladas are my favorite. They carry credo queso, the salsas are also super good, and the strawberry margaritas are excellent. They are an omni restaurant but they are always busy bc their food is very good. I also appreciate that they actively advertise shelter animals that need homes in the hallways and bathrooms. I have also always experienced good customer service here, even with newly training staff. I am so thankful they are in my neighborhood. It's such a gem for great vegan tex mex.

Highly recommend Eldorado. They have a separate menu just for vegan options! I had the crunch wrap and vegan choriqueso (uses credo cheese) and it was great!

I love how light and fresh the vegetables are. The quality of the food is excellent. It tastes great and I felt great after eating it. This place is popular and small though so, expect a wait. It’s worth the wait!

I love Eldorado! Their chips and salsas are the best out there. They offer five different salsas that are all delicious. Their guacamole is outstanding too. The veganchilada is so tasty. Service is friendly and quick!!!
