The people who gave this place a poor rating must have gone elsewhere because its a grandmother, mother and daughters that run it. No men work there.
They understand vegan well.

Less positive experience than others - Edit
After reading the positive reviews here, I went to check it out. Because it was a particularly warm that day and I was a little dehydrated, I didn't want anything too heavy, so I brought a cucumber that I had bought previously to add to the falafel.
Read moreWhen I got there, I learned that the garlic aoili sauce had dairy in it, so I asked them to add tahini instead, which was listed on a sign right on the counter in front of me.
The guy behind the counter told me that despite the sign, he did not have tahini and said he would add humus instead, which I did not want, because it would have been too heavy.
Because I was disappointed that there was nothing moist to add and I did not want something too heavy with humus, I needed to pause for a moment and consider my options. But the guy behind the counter was very very pushy the whole time, telling me I needed to make a decision right in that moment, even though there were no other customers there waiting to have their order filled.
I found this very off-putting and offensive, and left and went for falafel to the Happiness Restaurant and Bar a few blocks away, which has excellent food and whose waiter staff is not pushy like this https://www.happycow.net/reviews/happiness-restaurant-bar-boracay-411528. Based upon this experience, I would not return because of the disrespectful customer relations failure by the person behind the counter.

Yummy Falafel - Edit
I've eaten here two days in a row. Tasty falafel in a pita with fresh salad and a gorgeous tahini sauce. The falafel is cooked fresh for you. Super friendly service too! Very good value for money. Would give five stars if I could!

Really Good Falafel - Edit
In a place almost devoid of any good vegan options, Falafel Bar stands out as excellent Falafel pitas. It is also a good price in a town where they are trying to extract maximum cash from tourists.

I realllllyyyyyy loveeeeeed the falafel. Best falafel I've tried so far. And it is freshly made, so sometimes you need to wait for 10 to 20 minutes, especially if there's a long line.

Read moreunfortunately i expirienced not reasonable service...i waited 30 minutes (!!) for fast food..which takes everywhere in my country 0 to 10 min in bad day.....Falafel itself was raw inside...maybe you will be more lucky...tahini sauce was so liquid...not a sause...tasteless salad..small pita bread ...so even the price not expensive i wouldnt reccomend...

The guy fries fresh falafels in front of you and there's an option for a non spicy/spicy sauce. I've had about 75% of my meals here when visiting Boracay. Must visit!

Great falafel Sandwich - Edit
As a vegan I am always worried about making sure I get what I want across to the person serving me when I am in a restaurant in Asia. Especially when there isn't vegan on the menu. However, these guys are great. I told him we were vegan and he said there was only one Falafel sandwich he could offer and it would take 8 minutes to make. It was sensational and we'll worth the wait.

I'm so happy to did this cute lil place! I loved the falafel pita so much I came back here a few times. Dare I say the falafel is tastier than any of the Arab countries I've ever been too. So fresh and moist. Ran by a lil family. Good process too. Think il go back again tomorrow.
