Vegan with slight mod - Edit
Tofu teriyaki dish is simple but tasty and filling! A nice amount of raw toppings and good tofu (just wish there were a little more) but the price is great especially compared to the other restaurants nearby. Just specify no mayo topping (they do a light drizzle) and you’re set for a vegan meal. Will visit again before the end of my trip.

Vegan options on a budget - Edit
If you want to grab some quick bite you have two tofu with rice options: Sisig (Filipino dish) which I tried and was nice and teriyaki .

3 veggie items at least 2 vegan. I couldn't confirm if the tofu sissig bowl is and the photo looked like it had mayo on top which unfortunately my server couldn't confirm. I had the teriyaki tofu bowl which was decent. Wish brown rice was an option. Decent portion size. They have seating upstairs with fans
