Delicious options - Edit
That cauliflower sauce on the white pizza was so surprising. It tasted like a cream bechamel. Their crust is a fermented sourdough and the brick oven is cool.

Love this place! - Edit
Had a great first experience at Falora. I was really impressed with the number of vegan options available and that they even had a desert that I could eat!
Read moreI got the Cauliflower pizza, which was a real winner and the chocolate torte which was decadently delicious
The staff were lovely and the place had a cozy, chill ambiance. I particularly loved the 80’s music, as that was the soundtrack to my youth❤️
I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
Pros: Lots of clearly marked vegan options, Cool atmosphere , Friendly and helpful staff

I’ll round it up. It’s a good option - Edit
Falora is a good option for vegan pizzas in Tucson! However, a lot of the pizzas taste the same if that makes any sense? I’ve gotten every pizza on the menu and no single pizza stands out more than another. Also, pretty expensive. Very nice dining experience but I definitely don’t know if I would go back a lot. Would love to see the menu change up the vegan options/rotating menu? Also needs more spice/flavor! It’s really a 3.5 but definitely worth trying at least once!

Good Food - Edit
There were several vegan options and the Fauxrizo pizza caught my eye and it ended up being quite delicious. The other items on the menu didn’t excite me too much but that is more of a personal preference. I would have like there to be more options. Everything i had was still very good though and the service was good

Good but lacks consistency - Edit
There are a few good veggie and vegan options, I appreciate the mixing up of the menu! They also do coffee and pastries in the morning that are delicious. We’ve had dinner three times and the last meal was just ok, kind of lacked flavor for all dishes (including our meat eating friend’s dishes). Not sure what happened there.

Fantastic Pizza - Edit
Wow. Delicious pizza, the crust is the best my family and I have ever had. I had the marinara and it was delicious. There are 5 clearly marked vegan options and all of the pizzas can be made vegan. There is also a vegan dessert, the Sorta Torta, which is also delicious. There are a couple vegan salads and the bread is vegan. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. The pizzas are a good size, perfect for two people, or for one person with leftovers. A little pricey, but definitely worth it.

la cauliflora - Edit
i’m writing this review to sing the praises of the above pizza. the sauce is made from puréed cauliflowers and is creamy and rich but not heavy. roasted cauliflowers are on the pizza along with green olives, poblano peppers and vegan mozzarella. it is so damn good- the only other pizza i’ve tried is the fauxrizo and i didn’t enjoy it as much. the la cauliflora ingredients balance each other out- tart olives, spicy poblanos and creamy cheese and sauce— i could kiss the person who developed it. thank you falora for making this pizza!

Love this crust! - Edit
Ordered the Za Zucca pizza which is automatically vegan and has: Butternut squash puree, zucchini, garlic, sage, grated Brazil nuts. It was really tasty with chili flakes added. The purée texture was really nice on that delicious crust! Also enjoyed the green olives at the table.

Excellent Vegan Pizza - and the Kale Salad is Bomb - Edit
This place has some of the best vegan pizza in Tucson. The dough is sublime. I guess I'm a creature of habit - my order is always the same. My friend and I split the bread; the kale salad with cashew dressing; and a pizza. The Za Zucca pizza (butternut squash puree, zucchini, garlic, sage, grated brazil nuts) is fantastic, as is the Marinara (San Marzano tomato, garlic, oregano, basil, olive oil). I also love the atmosphere, and it's close to Cashew Cow - so you can have a fantastic meal and walk across the street for dessert (or get dessert to take home - I'm usually full when leaving Falora). Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

Delish - Edit
We stopped here after a long day in the desert. Thought we would order carry out and ended up eating here. They are fast, ordered a glass of wine and then the pizza was done. So happy we ate it there, great smoky crust, a little thin in the middle. Flavors awesome. We had the one with spinach, tomatoes, portobellos. No cheese and no oil so we added the tomato sauce. It was great. The kale salad is amazing. Great service, talked to the pizza baker and he was so nice. I wanna take this place home to Colorado.

Best vegan pizza in Tucson! - Edit
Mostly vegetarian wood fired pizza with great vegan options. One pizza is vegan without modification (Marinara) and they will hold the cheese for any of the veggie pizzas (Giardino, Bene Bell, Arrosto) to make them vegan (they allow modification of pizzas for vegans only). Other vegan options include a kale salad and piastra (request vegan pesto). The pizza here is so good, authentic, and frankly better than anything I've had with vegan cheese. Owned by local guy who operates other local vegetarian places (Sparkroot, Xoom Juice).
Read moreI think I've had all the regular vegan options here (they have daily special pizzas than can sometimes be vegan too) and my favorite pizza is the Arrosto. My omni partner and I typically share the kale salad (a meal in itself) and a vegan pizza. Their pizza is so good he loves them without the cheese too.
Pros: authentic pizza, delicious
Cons: limited seating
