Good like all the Federal cafes I’ve been to! - Edit
I like Federal cafe because all their locations provide vegan options and have a huge terrace. Allergens are clearly labeled too. The coffee is always good and the price is within the reasonable range given the location! Highly recommended

Really great vegan avacado toast - Edit
The avocado toast and atmosphere were worth the visit. The restaurant is just around the corner from Cava Baja but open for breakfast, professional atmosphere (verses a dark bar) and several vegan options.

Nice chia pudding - Edit
Many vegan choices, I got the chia pudding, simple but delicious and a freshly pressed orange juice. My VISA card didn't work (very strange because elsewhere in Madrid I had absolutely no problem) so I had to withdraw cash nearby. So make sure to bring some cash if you visit this place.

Limited options for lunch/brunch - Edit
Not very much to choose from if you're vegan, at least for a lunch/brunch. The patty of the veggie burger isn't vegan (uses egg as binder), that left me the salad and the avocado toast. The nice waitress didn't recommend the salad (that was really honest of her), so the only vegan option was the avocado toast. It was delicious but couldn't help leaving the place a bit disappointed. Also the menu wasn't the one uploaded here, but another one much more limited.
