Vegan breakfast / lunch options where very few are listed on hc

Very happy to find a vegan breakfast option in this area. Hardly any are listed on happy cow in this area. So happy to share this with you!!

Pros: Healthy/nutricious, Good coffee, Locally owned

Cons: Pricey, but similar to others in area, Single use packaging even for eat-in, Few vegan options
