Better for vegans to go for lunch/dinner - Edit
I went here for breakfast and was really underwhelmed by the vegan options on the “vegan brunch”. Really only an avo toast, acai bowl etc.
Read moreDon’t get me wrong there are HEAPS of tasty and interesting vegan things on the menu. I just didn’t feel like that at 9:30am so wished I had come a little bit later.
I got avo toast which was nothing special at all - I have had some unique takes on this item in the past (even tho it’s basic) so expected a bit more. Coffee was also kind of average.
My husband got the BBQ rib tacos which were AMAZING. It’s a massive meal though - 23EUR and 6 tacos (we didn’t realise). But still made light work of it 😃.
Pros: Interesting vegan options for lunch/dinner
Cons: Not good vegan breakfast options, Staff service didn’t blow me away

Avoid this place. I got sh*t over by a pigeon on their roof terrace (at a corner that was already full of pigeon sh*t) and the waiters don’t care. I had to wash my jacket in the toilet and in the meanwhile my food was cold and had to ask to relocate twice. The manager confirmed that they had a pigeon problem and that it had to do with the neighbors (?). Still, it’s the customers problem and not theirs. So please avoid this place; see my other reviews for my recommendations in Barcelona.

Me ha encantado el local, hemos comido en el jardín de arriba, y es super recomendable. Los nachos son Top😍, también los postres todos veganos, recomiendo la burger también. De entrantes la sandia con queso de cabra me encantó tambien (vegetariana)

We came without a booking. I explained I was gluten free the staff were amazing and patient with me as I don’t like meat substitutes either. The meals came and wow mines was amazing and my hubby loved his burger 🍔

Absolutely loved Flax and Kale and would recommend to anyone! its such a vibe with chill music and great vegan choices (they serve wild, expertly sourced salmon and some cheeses) and they have an incredible list of their homemade juices which we couldn't resist in having more than one! also ALL of their desserts are vegan and gluten free...🙌🏼🙌🏼 100% try F&K out if you're in Barcelona.
