Cosy place and good food - Edit
Had breakfast. Excellent cappuccino with oat milk. They also have almond milk and a couple of vegan pastries. Lovely place.

Some options, limited. - Edit
The coffee here was good and the staff was friendly. Some vegan options on the menu like the hummus, but not too much for vegans.

Wish there were more vegan options - Edit
The carrot muffin top and hummus sandwich were both really good! I hesitate to give them more stars strictly just because I feel that they could easily make their menu even more vegan friendly and these couple options are their cop out to check a box. The bread of my sandwich was SO good. Why not use your power for more good? But if you’re in the area, I do recommend both the muffin and the sandwich.

Easy to-go options! - Edit
Always love coming to Flour and getting the hummus sandwich (vegan) with vegan sriracha aioli! They almost always have a vegan muffin option and everything is clearly labeled veg/v. I also appreciate that they indicate what options do not have nuts for those of us with allergies.

Cons: Limited vegan sandwich options, Can be very busy especially between 11:30-1

Good place for a quick lunch/breakfast - Edit
Flour Bakery is a nice coffee shop/quick lunch place. They have a lot of different sandwiches, but most of them have meat on it... The pastries selection has way too much sugar. I payed around 20$ for a sweet potato sandwich, a chai latte (they dont have almond milk, only soy...) and a chocolate brioche.

delicious sandwiches and baked vegan treats - Edit
I have eaten at Flour at least a dozen times and I am always amazed at how good the bread and sandwiches are. Really excellent lunch and breakfast spot. The vegan baked treats like cookies and cupcakes are only offered intermittently now. I think greater customer demand will make them more frequent. This is a sure bet for lunch and breakfast in the area but be aware that on Saturday and Sunday the place will be PACKED with families from the neighboring children's museum and waits for food and tables can be substantial, often hitting 20-30 minutes. That said if you have kids it is a good place to get quality food with lots of veg options after a visit to the Children's Museum or Boston fire museum. Otherwise your options are a chain restaurant or decidedly non-veg spots. In the warmer months it is very pleasant to eat outside. Truly one of my favorite sandwich spots in the city and one of the few, if not only, veg friendly spots in the neighborhood.

Cons: crowds on weekends
