Serves meat, vegan options available. A restaurant with a vibe. A big selection of vegan choices (a whole tab labeled vegan on the menu). Right in the bay over the water. Everything is over the top from the drinks to the food presentation. Entertainment and fireworks (late night a little after 10:00 pm as of May 2022). Open Mon-Sun 1:00pm-2:00am.

Beautiful spot! - Edit
The ambiance is gorgeous and they have actual items marked as vegan which is great. The food was okay but we had a great time.

Mistakenly served meat - Edit
You are paying for the ambience and vibes. The free appetizer is two pieces of crab rangoon which I couldn’t have. I got the veggie rolls which were good and Vegan Yakimeshi which is essentially like any fried rice you can get anywhere. It’s really oily too. Unfortunately mine came to me with a single piece of shrimp in it? … I was really hungry so I put it aside and kept eating and felt a strange texture - there was also chicken AND beef AND egg in it!!! Not vegan at all!!! The waiter was stunned and brought me a new one that took forever. Not sure how this mistake was made as there are no other meat fried rice options on the menu. Super expensive food, not worth it - but pretty scenery that is similar to other places

Great options beautiful scenery - Edit
Beautiful location right on the water with a variety of seating styles. Looks like it would be great for anything from a romantic meal to a group of friends and was even great for me as a solo diner. I went early so it was quiet, but it seems like it could be quite lively later at night.
Read moreStaff was very attentive and willing to describe options. Was offered to taste multiple wines.
Food was delicious, though I ordered an appetizer (spring rolls) and two items from the vegan list (rice stir fry and fried tofu) in order to make a full meal.
There was unfortunately no vegan options for dessert, which was disappointing considering they had a separate vegan menu.
Pros: Separate vegan menu, Beautiful setting, Attentive staff
Cons: Needed to order two items from "entree" list, No vegan desserts

Fun place, touristy - Edit
We ventured out of Nizuc resort to try here because it said it had vegan options. And the drummers and dancers were totally fun as was the fireworks at 10:30.
Read moreNo one is representing this as vegan health food but nonetheless, why does everything have to be drenched in so much oil. The choices are really fried or stirfried with lots of oil.
The vegetable tempura was really good, but again so much oil. The drinks were either a choice of sweet or shots.
I speak fluent Spanish but it was a little hard to communicate any special requests to the waiter, and after we would order and it took forever to get a drink, he would come back over and ask if we wanted something to drink and I would have to remind him that we were waiting. The same after we ordered appetizers and tried to get more food, it really took a long time, and then the waiter would come over again and ask if we wanted to order more food and we had to remind him that we had indeed ordered food ages ago and we’re now waiting.. Didn’t ruin our experience because we are on vacation mode but it is a little chaotic and disorganized. Definitely be in a vacation mentality to come here.

Not worth it - Edit
The place was beautiful and the environment was great but very pricey and the vegan options plate was a joke. I ordered robata grilled okra and and it was a small plate of nothing but okra with sauce. Not worth the money, you‘re only paying for the ambiance.

A beautiful restaurant with amazing food. We had the spicy edamame, Kimchi roll (partner said it was the best roll he ever had!), eggplant mapodofu, pad Thai (made to order vegan), beet tiradito and vegetable yakimeshi.

Exceeded expectations - Edit
I'm honestly blown away by how little I heard about this restaurant's vegan options. They had a dedicated tab on the menu, but upon closer inspection and taking to our excellent waiter I found that many of the other dishes could be veganized as well. The key is getting either tofu or veggies instead of the meat and taking out fish sauce. And that way it ends up being significantly cheaper than the meat options too! The veggie tempura ended up being my favorite but everything was so filling that we actually had leftovers for once! The atmosphere was gorgeous with mini dance performances every 20-30 minutes. Had a fun party vibe while also feeling a bit more upscale, with prices that were very reasonable! I think they should reexamine their menu presentation to make it a bit more immediately appealing to vegans. I went in skeptical but there's a lot to love here for a nice night out! The only real problem is that it was a bit far down in hotel zone, so the taxi bill ended up as more than the meal. Yikes!
