Great fine dining for veg - Edit
I’m still here. It’s a beautiful setting on the lagoon. Lively… almost a modern fine dining Hard Rock?😂 Hard to describe. It’s fine dining. Great wine selection at least on the Rose’s. They are pretty accommodating. The hosts will ask for food “allergies” when you check in but the servers might forget. They are trying and want to serve.

Incredible dining experience - Edit
Staff is so friendly from the minute you arrive. They asked about our food preferences right away and the info was passed on to our waiters. Everything we ordered was delicious!! We had the regular guacamole, mushrooms, cauliflower, asparagus, Mexican rice, and carrot tingas. The food was incredible but the carrot tingas were amazing! The only negative that could be mentioned is the guacamole was originally brought to our table with cheese on it. But they quickly corrected the mistake and definitely made up for it with dessert on the house - vegan coconut cake with vegan ice cream. Indescribable!!!

Amazing food and experience - Edit
Went with my husband while on vacation and although there were only 3-4 vegan options, what I did have was absolutely delicious. I ordered the natural guacamole, carrot tinga tostadas, and charcoal cauliflower in green mole sauce. Everything had so much flavor but the carrot tostadas definitely stole the show! I loved them so much that I googled carrot tinga recipes while I was still at the table eating them. I just knew in that moment that I had to recreate them when I got home. They were sweet, spicy, and had the perfect tang with pickled onions and creamy avocado crema. Soooo good!
