Pretty decent for mall food - Edit
There aren’t many vegan options in this area, so if you’re visiting the Gloria Outlets, this may be your best bet. There is a small handful of vegan options on the menu, but there are several more that are veganizable in the Vegetarian section of the menu. Although they were busy and in spite of the language barrier, they were able to accommodate for nut allergies.

One of my favourite salads in town! - Edit
I love this place as there is something for everyone. They have a very extensive menu with options for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans alike. The vegan kale superfood salad is usually my go to, but there are a few great options. That salad is so delicious and full of goodies, so it is very filling! I love the farmhouse salad, too, You can ask for no egg or cheese to make it vegan. They also have a tofu burger, pastas, sandwiches and different breads and snacks, like hummus, fries etc.
