Very nice sushis and cheap - Edit
I did not know what to choose and be sure it was vegan so I told one of the server that suggested me to take a mix for 1 person and that they would make it vegan. The plate arrived and it was huge! There were three kinds of vegan suhis (6-8 of each): one avocado, one avocado mango and fried outside and one surrounded by fried tofu and with veggies inside. All were very good! And this was relatively cheap as I payed lees than 25 euros including a ginger ale (very good also). I highly recommand this place. Very nice staff too.

I had the miso soup as a starter and had asked before whether it was vegan (which it was). Very tasty. Then I ordered some sushi and asked if they were able to veganize it (which they could). The sushi was arranged in a very decorative way and was delicious

Wonderful fusion cuisine sushi by Vietnamese chef - Edit
We had the gorgeous 'vegan platter for 2', which proved both lush and varied. Crispy fried inside-out rolls with asparagus, avocado, mango, and other vegetables. Very filling and beautifully styled at a very reasonable price.

Insanely good vegan surprise platter! - Edit
The only vegan item on the menu is the "Kyoto" platter, which has surprise sushi for 2 people, but we were able to order it for 3 people with no problem. The sushi was insanely good and creative, we had mango nigiri and rolls, great tofu rolls and several maki/inside outs, with some being deep-fried. Highly recommend!

Best vegan sushi in Mainz - Edit
This is such a great place for modern vegan sushi. They only have a single item marked as vegan (which is the vegan surprise sharing platter for two for 35 EUR), but this is a good hint, because it is absolutely the item you should get here. (You can also order a half platter for 17.50 EUR, which you can also share and which is great for a light meal for two.)

We were here in asparagus season and got some sushi based on that: Some deep-fried, some marinated, all with their unique sauces and all very nicely arranged on the platter. The portion is also quite filling and absolutely worth the money.
They also have great teas to drink, I really recommend their Sencha tea. Again, everything is nicely presented in hand crafted ceramic cups.

Good place for sushi - Edit
Pretty sushi place with staff who know what vegan is. The cook is happy to create a composition of different vegan sushi. Last time I went I had e.g. Strawberry and mango nigiri, which tasted really good.
