Delicious and healthy vegan place offering a lot of options savoury and sweet tastes, coffee and juices. There is seating, take away and delivery (wolt). Very nice staff. I would love to have breakfast there everyday to try everything! A bit pricy but they worth it.

We went there for breakfast but unfortunately the place does not sit so many and it was jam packed . We decided to get some savory pastries for takeaway.. we had 4 different ones. They were warm, the dough was crispy. Overall, great. Next time I would like to sit and try out other options.

Love Holy Llama! - Edit
Visited Athens in October and this place was my absolute favourite! Went several times and always loved it. Great range of food options - meals and delicious pastries - and good coffee. My non-vegan friends loved it too, which is always a win! Really nice atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating.

I visited this place with my non-vegan/non-vegetarian parents and we were really happy about the pastries. Even though it was full, they arranged a table for us in some minutes and we sat down. The staff was very very nice and did everything to make us feel comfortable. I will definitely go there again!

Holy Llama is a French bakery turned vegan. If you want croissants and other flaky pastries, you need to come here. Everything is vegan and delicious. Prices are fair: €2 to €3 per bakery item. There’s lots of seating and a full menu if you want a light café-style meal. I tried a few items, and my favourite is the almond croissant - a perfect balance of sweet and savoury.

Stopped in for breakfast and a latte. I had their BLT on sourdough bread which came with a side of greens. They manage to get a lot of flavor in that sandwich! Also had a great latte with oat milk. Will definitely be my breakfast spot again tomorrow

I ordered a tofu scrambled egg sandwich and an iced latte.
The coffee was very good and I am usually not a fan of it.
But the sandwich disappointed me... It was small, the ingredients weren't spiced well, and it just felt like an unfinished recipe. Next to it was some salad served, which has very little of the sauce in it and just seemed weird.
Hopefully, this was just a tired chef...
Pros: good coffee, desserts look good
Cons: small portion, incomplete taste, expensive

The actual store itself is lovely, very clean and modern. The food is delightful. We tried the soft cookie and the lemon cake from here and both were delicious. Also a very good price - €4.90 for both the lemon cake and the cookie. Would recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for for tasty snacks in Athens.

Read moreWe had the Puff Dog, Quiche, Leek Pie, Mushroom Pie, pistachio croissant, plain croissant, plus more! A standout for us, on our last day, was the BLT… the grilled cheese bagel was also great. We also tried a variety of cakes - the carrot cake is fab!
The people here are lovely - so friendly and welcoming - and the venue is great for just sitting and watching the world go by.
If you’re in Athens, this is a definite must!
