I almost gave up on subs until here! - Edit
Ike's is a place with actual vegan options, not a place that just removes things until you can eat them. They even have a vegan version of their signature sauce (dirty sauce). They don't charge a vegan tax for their food either. They have cold cuts, vegan chicken and beef. And all the breads are vegan.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Cold or hot subs, Bread is amazing
Cons: Mock bacon is NOT VEGAN. It has egg whites 🙄, It can feel like employees are unsure what's vegan

So many sandwich options! - Edit
It’s kind of refreshing to go to a sandwich shop and actually be overwhelmed by the number of vegan options! I have been here three times and barely scratched the surface. Also, the bread is quite tasty!
