Japan Go used to be my favorite sushi spot years ago, and I recently rediscovered it as a vegan—and I’m so glad I did. The menu offers a great variety of plant-based options, including a delicious vegan combo. While many places serve the usual sushi staples, Japan Go goes the extra mile with unique items like tofu inagi and vegan miso soup—something surprisingly rare in Moncton.
