Ignore the deluded good reviews - Edit
Possibly the worst bibimbap I have ever consumed. Tepid, bland and depressingly served up in a dog bowl. More importantly, this is a serious meat establishment. It’s admirable that they do actually cater to vegans with a few dishes, but the quality is poor and the service is curt. Not deserving of listing on this app and a complete waste of a meal.

Tofu bibimbap - Edit
Tofu bibimbap and impossible meat bibimbap available. its a great spot to eat if eating with a mixed crowd. A variety of fruit flavored soju is available. Beautiful decor inside, definitely reminds me of my time in Seoul.

Good vegan options - Edit
I had the vegan bibimbap and it has cucumber, greens, sprouts, mushroom, kimchi, Impossible beef, and rice. It was very tasty and favorable, but be warned - it is quite spicy. There are two other vegan options- an assorted mushroom dish and vegetable glass noodles.
