Go downstairs in the concourse

This place is a bit hard to find: you enter the building, then go downstairs to the Concourse and look around. This place is for takeout only, with both grab&go and made-to-order items. The food/drinks here are always great and healthy.

There are other places in the Concourse that have vegan food, such as Sweetgreen (not listed on Happy Cow) and Samesa; so if you don't find what you want here, keep looking around the concourse.
