Read moreThe vegan options are marinated mushrooms, crispy marinated tofu, or avocado. I don’t think avocado is always on the menu. I have had the mushrooms and tofu and both of them are amazing. My favorite sauce is the ginger sauce.

Couple of vegan options. Prices not displayed on the electronic menu. Bahn mi is $14 which seems steep but a good sized sandwich and ingredients tasted fresh.

My husband said it was the best banh mi he’d ever had. Baguette was fresh out of the oven. Vermicelli bowl was also fabulous with lots of veggies and came with mushroom sauce and optional hot sauce. Vegan toppings include tofu, portobello mushrooms, eggplant and avocado.

Had the tofu, but they also do a mushroom or zucinni veg friendly bahn mi. Can easily be made vegan by asking for no mayo. Great for a little pit stop off the 10 while traveling
