A valiant attempt to include vegans, but falls a bit short - Edit
We were impressed with the vegan cheese and soyrizo options, in addition to the Impossible offerings, but the flavors were a bit lacking. The potato tacos were pretty good, but the beans and rice weren't very flavorful. I might return, but with all of the upcharge for vegan cheese and protein, but prices go up pretty quickly.
