Wonderful vegan combo - Edit
Two friends and I shared a vegan combo for three. The food came quickly, and it was beautiful. And tasted wonderful. There were several dishes, artful displayed on the platter. We all had our favorite dish, but they were all good. The atmosphere was also very pleasant, as we're the staff.

Tasty but too expensive - Edit
I had dinner at this restaurant with a friend. We each had the number 50 and 51 on a large plate.
Read moreThese are the vegetarian/vegan options. A Coke and a beer each. The service was friendly and quick. The food was delicious too. Unfortunately, everything was extremely expensive. The 0.5 liter Coke cost 5.70 euros. The meal together cost almost 36 euros. Yes, we were full afterwards, but 18 euros for a plate of lentils and spinach and injera flatbread is simply too much.
Pros: Fun to eat
Cons: Expensive

Expensive Ethiopian food - Edit
An OK place to share dinner but a bit expensive for Berlin.
Read moreWent here together with some friends for dinner and had the “Mahberawi Kombination Addis” to share with another person. The plate consists of a lot of different stews and vegetables which you eat with Ethiopian bread with your hands. The food was alright but it was not my favorite.
Though we went on a weekday, the restaurant was full and something I really liked was the interior in the restaurant and how the food was served, it felt very Ethiopian. But I would say for what we got the price was very high, especially for the area in Berlin.

A Taste of Ethiopia - Edit
I went here for dinner with some friends. It was a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was almost full. Luckily we managed to get a table without a reservation.
Read moreI like Ethiopian food since it usually tastes very good, is usually eaten shared with others, and I get to eat with my hands! Lalibela Kreuzberg did not disappoint. I shared #51: Mahberawi Kombination Addis for 16.9€ with another person. It was a very yummy combination of eight different kinds of stews and small dishes. I would probably say it was actually the best Ethiopian food I've had, but, to be fair, I've not had so much.
The interior design was nice, colorful and Ethiopian. On all the tables there were the typical sombrero-looking things that the food is presented in. There were even some fake trees by the window.
The food and interior design get 4/5 from me. What brings this place down is the high price and the fact that although they do have quite a few vegan dishes, they have overwhelmingly more meat dishes, such as the charmingly named "The Original Meat Lovers Combo". I don't know about you, but stuff like that is quite off-putting to me.
