I wish I didn't live so far. Everything about this place is perfect- the vibe, the owners are incredibly nice, it's clean and of course the food! My husband is picky and even he loves it here.

Literally best Mexican food ever - Edit
Ended up going back more than once in just one week with how delicious! My personal recommendation is the Tacos de Barbacoa, absolute life changer Best tacos I've ever had. We also had the Sopecitos, Enchiladas, and Gringa--the Sopecitos are also a great starter! Large menu and super tasty.

The BEST Mexican food I’ve ever had! - Edit
I’ve been wanting to try Mexhico for a very long time, but never had the chance to. I arrived early afternoon and the restaurant was quiet. Since it was summer, they also had a small patio, but I decided to sit inside.
Read moreI decided to order the stuffed burger, with a side of loaded fries. The burger was very unique, and delicious! The fries were amazing and topped with guacamole and vegan sour cream. For desert I had to try the churros, which were so delicious!
The service at the restaurant was quick and the server was friendly, professional and probably one of the best servers I’ve had in a very long time.
The best Mexican food I’ve had, and overall great experience. My only regret is that I never tried this place earlier. I can’t wait to go back and try other items on their menu!

Legitimately was some of the best food I’ve ever had. Everything was delicious. I had the “chicken” flautas which came with a side of rice and refried beans. I also had the nachos and a Mexican coffee. Everything was 10/10 and I will definitely be returning. I loved the decor as well, the interior was unique and beautiful. Service was also wonderful!

This place is just a gem. It’s the kind of place that feels comfortable and welcoming. I had such a wonderful experience there. Brad, one of the owners, is kind and attentive and does a wonderful job of making sure your experience is top notch. Just go. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m already counting down the days til I can go back to try more dishes! The menu is not huge but lots of options. Cheesy, creamy, and meaty selections. We ordered the Huarache, chickn flautas, and a mango margarita. Everything was so so delicious. Huge portions served on beautiful pottery plates. The refried beans are perfect and the rice/corn medley tasty. Fast, friendly service too!

This place is an absolute must if you’re anywhere near Barrie. The food is crazy delicious and the service is fantastic. The owner actually waited on our table and she was lovely. Took the time to make recommendations that turned out to be perfect. You have to try the Street Corn!!!

Read moreI don’t know what witchcraft they use to make that seitan but it is hands down the absolute best seitan I have ever had. So juicy and the perfect texture, I just can’t fathom how they do it!!
Definitely worth it if you’re in Barrie or even if you’re not - just take a day trip and enjoy the magical deliciousness.
