The veggie pho was so good! My non vegan companion said the broth tasted even better than the beef broth they had. The tofu was very flavorful. I’ve been here a second time since and also ordered the veggie spring rolls that comes with vegan fish sauce and that was crispy and delicious. The cucumber side dish was refreshing as well.

Cute place with some vegan options - Edit
Went here for lunch and had the tofu pho and also shared the veggie spring rolls with an omni friend. The tofu pho broth had a good flavor, but I wish it had some veggies in addition to the tofu and noodles to give it more substance. I also personally wasn't a fan of the spring rolls or sauce they came with. I believe the other vegan option is the tofu vermicelli bowl which I may try as I live close by.

Super tasty & cute spot for tofu pho or tofu banh mì - Edit
Very friendly stuff, easy order-on-app type experience in a cute pink-lighting spot. I love this place and the tofu pho with lemongrass broth and house-made crispy chili is so so good. I also love the tofu banh mi!!! There is also a tofu vermicelli bowl and vegetable spring rolls with vegan fish sauce, but these are unfortunately the only vegan options. Would love to see a few more vegan options but I could also eat the tofu pho for the rest of my life😄
