Vegan friendly

Molto cortesi e spiegano le opzioni vegane che vanno dagli antipasti come gli anelli di cipolla fritti, involtini primavera, sushi con verdure, zuppa alla pasta da saltare all piastra con vari condimenti veg ai primi componibili a piacimento.
Non male, per essere un all you can eat.

Where are the vegetarian dishes?

I looked at the a la carte menu, and there was nothing worthy of it appearing here, while the buffet seemed to have zero options. There is one Indian restaurant and one Chinese at the nearby shopping where, where there are quite a few vegetarian dishes, so it would seem a much better idea to walk a few minutes longer to the shopping mall.
