Breathtaking! - Edit
Went here when visiting Sicily with my Italian in-laws. This was their first vegetarian/vegan experience, and I wanted to show them that you can eat fantastic healthful food and it be plant based. We were not disappointed! This place should be a pilgrimage for any travelling Plant lovers in Sicily ❤️

Really nice setting inside or outside, serving up great food with creative options and fantastic service. Tried the cheese board, mozzarella starter, carbonara, tempeh spaghetti, cannoli, tiramisu, burger and cheesecake. I wouldn't recommend the burger and was slightly disappointed being that it wasn't anything special, definitely should have chosen a more creative option. Every dish was tasty, as were the drinks. It's not cheap, but for something a bit nicer it's perfect.

I went to Moon beginning of this month. What a great food experience. The food was out of this world and the tiramisu was just to die for! The staff was nice and friendly. If I ever go back to Siracusa, Moon will be my first port of call for sure.

We've been coming to Moon for years now when we go back to visit my wife's family and the food is amazing - it even managed to win over my meat obsessed dad on our last visit. Great venue, lovely staff, amazing vegan cheeses and really varied menu. 100% recommended for anyone (vegan or not) to visit.

The portions are not very big - which was actually a good thing, we finally managed to order secondi piatti. And trust me, you’ll want to try everything on the menu! The Carbonara was specially good!

Moon has a great offering of both Italian and international food. We had a wonderful burrata and two tasty dishes of pasta. We couldn't leave without trying out their cannoli, they were just from another planet.

I‘ve seriosly never had THIS good vegan food and I‘ve been vegan for 8 years now. Also I‘ve never given a review but no I just must😍!!! I had the burrata which was just exquisite, the vegan carbonara, soo cramy and delicious as well as a super tasty tiramisu and a much wanted cannoli that I was looking for for forever! Seriously… Im blown away and espacially the burrata, but really everything was just heavenly! Im going again (to siracusa), even just for this restaurant!!!

I can’t sing the praises of MOON highly enough! Each bite was a burst of unique flavor. I will never forget the think pink, or the tastefully elegant veggie sampler. I would travel to Sicily from Boston again just to return to this amazing restaurant. My friends and I shared two starters, two pastas, and two mains. When comparing our favorites, we simply had to choose them all. As if it couldn’t get better, a cat named Penelope was curled up on a coach in the restaurant for the entity of our meal.

Great place, the cheese platter is a banger. I hope they can start producing cheeses and sell them as cheddar made of chickpeas is really amazing. Pastas had unique flavors playing on the subtleties of ingredients. Scusa Nonna celebrated fennel, while vegan take on Palermo pasta tasted super fishy. Recommend place for sure!

Yes, we all love the bruschetta pomodoro, or even pastas with veg sauces in Italy, but M00n has more exciting things in store for you. Huge creativity and brilliant flavours and textures - loved the pasta with fennel and raisins, the chickpea Colapesce, the seaweed spiked carrot carpaccio on almond cream and linseed crackers, vegan cannoli, vegan tiramisu could go on and on. Lovely staff too. A special occasion meal for everyday prices. #Veganuary

My first night in Siracusa and I found this exceptional restaurant just a short walk from where I am staying... From the moment I walked into the door, greeted by very welcoming staff I knew that I was in the right place! Having been an art curator for over 30 years (now retired) and a vegetarian for more than 50 years you would understand my interest and excitement in finding this wonderful restaurant. Along with a very eclectic art and furniture installation the food options were fantastic... I will be retuning again tonight!!! The overall best vegan restaurant I have ever had the good fortune to find... and the prices are very reasonable!!!!
