This is done well, but don't worry about tasting non-vegan flavours you do not want to eat anymore, this is not tasting like non-vegan food.

next you will be presented with a menu card where you gonna have a hard time choosing between the most amazing dishes - and if you’re in doubt they will help you choose what would be good judged according to your taste.
we had the pleasure of having Nicolò as our fantastic waiter, he is truly a gentleman and will make you feel special! he’s also the bartender and mixologist and will make you the best drinks🍸 we will miss him!
back to the food:
the flavors are so well balanced that it will feel like pure sunshine in your mouth and you will wonder if you’re in heaven!
we ate there 5 out of 6 days, and the only reason we wasn’t there all 6 days was because they are closed on tuesdays (yes, it was a sad day for us)!
a little bonus story:
the last day I unfortunately felt sick from the heat, but they made sure I had ice to put on my neck and wrist - they also followed me into the couch and put my feet up so I could relax and get better. they truly made me feel safe and cared for beyord what I have ever tried in a restaurant.🥹
I came there with my boyfriend, but left with a whole new family.
they deserve a 1000 stars⭐️

FM enjoyed some fantastic vegan cannoli ( the only identifiable in Sicily so far ) and really good chocolate mousse.

Fantastisches schickes Restaurant in der Altstadt - Edit
Die Pasta ist unglaublich lecker mit ganz viel Umami😄Die vegane Käseplatte ist auch wahnsinnig gut und noch frage mich immer noch wie sie den Parmesan so authentisch hinbekommen haben. Die Desserts (in unserem Fall ein Tiramisu und ein Nougattartelette) waren auch der Hammer. Einzig der Salat mit Tempeh war etwas fad. Dabei handelt es sich nur um weiss- und Rotkohl ohne Dressing (dazu bekommt man nur Olivenöl und Salz/Pfeffer zum selber marinieren). Aber toll dass es in Sizilien ein so schickes rein veganes Restaurant mit tollem Service gibt. Auf jedenfall vorbei schauen!

I had high expectations about this place and I have to admit that it even surprised me on how much it was good! Great atmosphere, very kind and professional staff. I loved everything. They pay attention to the details and I appreciated a lot that they asks us first if we have allergies and/or intolerance. Can't wait to go back, I hope as soon as possible.

This is for someone who is bored with foccacia and marinara pizza.😉Very creative menu! Definetly one of the best vegan restaurants i’ve ever visited. I had carbonara and Soy medalions. Veeery nice! I also tried the lasagna and tempeh. Also really yummy. You have to try vegan tiramisu!!!

Location stupenda a due passi dal Duomo di Siracusa, cibo delizioso che appaga sia la vista che il gusto. Grande cortesia e attenzione al cliente e al servizio. Il loro pane fatto in casa è squisito. Porzioni soddisfacenti e prezzi adeguati alla qualità dei loro piatti. Assolutamente da provare!

We’ve had 3 appetizers which were all great (Hummus plate, Tempura vegetables and a Cheese plate combined with marmalades and pears.

When it comes to main courses and desserts-not so amazing. We’ve taken the famous Carbonara which was dry and bleak; Lasagna was ok but the tomato sauce tasted like from the can, not simmered long enough; Tempeh with pistachio was pretty good actually; while desserts (Tiramisu and Chocolate Mousse) were just okay but wouldn’t want to eat them again.
Their premises were real hip and we’ve loved it! Trendy, spacious and has a relaxed vibe. The hostess was really helpful and communicative, even regarding references for other places.
Cocktails were friggin awesome too.

Vegan restaurant in the tourist part of Siracusa (Ortigia) that works hard for a classy ambiance and presentation. Friendly staff, lots of different offerings, and a beautiful location. Main dishes were just ok, music was loud.
Read moreThe appetizers were wonderful, and I would tell my friends to go for appetizers and desserts, but eat the main courses somewhere else. The primi and secondi tasted like many "fancy" vegan places I've been too - nice presentation with a somewhat underwhelming flavour. The mains we had were all "pretty good", but nothing I would eat a second time. (In Sicilia, I feel you can walk into a random "bar" and order a 4€ spaghetti, and then find yourself eating some the best food you've ever eaten in your life, so spending a lot more money for forgettable mains led me to take off a star). The other criticism is that they play loud music. For me it made a beautiful, picturesque, romantic neighbourhood under the stars that would have been incredible to enjoy in silence or with some light music and made me constantly aware that they were trying really hard to insist that they were "the place to be". I don't really understand why they make this choice, but it was happening every night we walked by this week so I think it's a regular thing.
Despite the overly loud music, the ambiance was otherwise quite nice. An all-vegan menu in the area is a special treat. The simpler, vegetable focused appetizers were wonderful (gaspatcho yum!) and their homemade mayonnaise delicious. The desserts were good. Prices overall were expensive but not too bad (50€ for 2 appetizers, 2 primi, 2 desserts).
