Super posh place, really great vegan options - Edit
The vibe of this place is extremely Miami. Everyone who worked there was conventionally attractive and it was very loud and a party place. Very different from what I’m used to so I was not expecting that but the food was excellent. I had the vegan guac, tofu lettuce tacos, and ate some of the power bowl (vegan w/o egg). Kinda salt but very, very tasty. They have a separate vegan and vegetarian menu on their website.

Common Fryer - Edit
All the vegan protein possibilities (tofu, shiitake mushrooms) are fried in a common fryer, I confirmed. They have a vegan potsticker that is not fried but also has no protein. Ughhhh

I had the vegan tofu lettuce wrap, which was a little too salty. I did enjoy the restaurant and would love to go back and try their other vegan/plant based options.

Trendy, accommodating, but exceptionally noisy - Edit
Went here with a friend who saw the "plant-based" options. Server was very accommodating with our questions about how to make vegetarian dishes vegan. We had the vegan pot stickers (8 per serving) - they were tasty but a little burnt and dry. After asking, we found out that we could veganize the ramen by leaving off the soft boiled egg, and the same for the power bowl. The ramen was delicious, and the power bowl was tasty and filling. However the two low points of the evening were it was insanely noisy and couldn't easily hear each other. Also, the only way they would split the check is if every credit card was charged the same amount. Would recommend this if you're looking for something trendy to experience with omnis.
