Serves meat, vegan options available. Conveyor belt sushi restaurant offering vegetarian labeled vegan sushi rolls including cucumber, natto, eggplant, corn and more. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.
Very easy to find based on address provided.
I went with my Omni partner as we’ve never done a sushi train before. They had inari, corn, eggplant options available on the day. I found the texture of the eggplant unbearable and get the tingles when I think about biting into it.
Not a pleasant environment for a vegan. I found the fish smell very unsettling and seeing “horse meat” on the conveyer belt made me finish my inari as quickly as possible and skedaddle.
Still not sure whether it was horse (🐴) or seahorse, or a fish that has that Japanese translation.

@Bastaart I just went, and no, it really is raw horse meat (it's marked さくら and 馬肉)
