Vegan-friendly ramen shop in the heart of downtown Hamilton. I played it safe with the Vegan Tamari Bowl because the photo looked so nice, and I was quite delighted by the vegan egg. Nothing on the menu is very spicy, but our server said they could punch it up upon request. I’d definitely stop in for another bowl on a cold day.

Bursting Vegan Ramen + Vegan Egg - Edit
I got the Vegan Tantamen ramen bowl with vegan egg. The broth was bursting with flavour, a bit spicy, a but creamy. The vegan egg was made from tofu on the outside and cashew cream and chickpea for the “yolk” a d it was very tasty.

Amazing Ramen made by absolute characters - Edit
We really enjoyed the conversation from every waiter and waitress here. The place was filled with good energy and I enjoyed being able to watch some Spirited Away on the projector in amongst mouthfuls of amazing Donburi. The only thing I would say is the vegan egg add on by no means is terrible but it is far from what you’d imagine an egg to taste like. Otherwise, it’s very safe to say we will be back. Give this place a stab!

So many options! - Edit
When my omnivore friend suggested we go here, I was wary until I found the menu online… not only do they have a vegan ramen option, but several, and the toppings are so much more than an afterthought. The glazed eggplant was to die for, and I regret not trying the vegan egg add on. We shared the coconut pineapple panne cotta after and we both loved it. I’ll be going back for sure.

There were a lot of vegan options. It would be a good place to go with a group that has many dietary preferences. Drinks weren't great, I had the special summer drink and my friend had another cocktail, both were very sweet. Maybe just go for the food and skip the drinks. Portions were good, I was very full after mine.

Caters to vegan customers - Edit
I had such a pleasant experience going to this restaurant. One of the first things asked by the hostess is whether my friend or I were vegan. She mentioned all the vegan options and was so helpful. The food was great! The only reason I didn't rate it as a 5 is because it's not 100% vegan. Thank you for being so inclusive and warm and kudo to the hostess!
