Mind blowing food

We had an amaaaazing evening with mind blowing food. I'm not even exaggerating. Night Kitchen served us one of the best dinners I ever had. We had the dinner with friends so everything vegan the menu had to offer was presented beautifully on our dinner table. I'll definitely come back.

Pros: Friendly staff, Nice atmosphere , Good service

Delicious but not ideal for vegans

I went here with a big group where I was the only vegan.

I really liked the atmosphere and decorations of the place. It is cosy, dimly lit, red-ish, and kind of cramped (in a good way!). Throughout the evening there were several waitresses serving us and they were all professional, friendly and helpful.

Since we were a large group we had no choice but to take the "dinner with friends" option, which costs 50€ per person and lets you try a bit of everything on the menu. The waitress asked if anyone had any allergies or dietary restrictions and I let her know that I was vegan.

As the dishes came out they said all the ingredients in each dish to the entire table, which was great so I could know what wasn't vegan. In total we received three vegan dishes and three vegetarian dishes made vegan, plus vegan tahini sauce, fries and a vegan dessert. They even made a point of saying when something was vegan, which I appreciated.

Everything I had was absolutely exquisite. To be honest it's one of the best culinary experiences I've had in Berlin, and perhaps even in my life. The biggest downside was that the non-vegans obviously got even more dishes than me since they also ate the non-vegan dishes. I am not sure what it would be like to go as a group with only vegans.

Thanks to the cozy atmosphere, the great service and exquisite food I am happy with my experience and would not mind going back.

P.S. The English version on their website lists too few of their dishes as vegan and vegetarian than is actually the case. Check the German version instead.

Pros: Exquisite food, Great service, Cozy atmosphere

Cons: More non-vegan dishes during "dinner with friends"
