Tasty food, quick and friendly service

My Presidential Bun Cha was absolutely superb! Fried ice cream for a dessert didn't convince me that much. Definitely want to visit to try more options.
Unfortunately cash only, but Bank of Scotland ATM is just across the road.
Very quick and polite service.
Not busy on a weekday evening.

Cons: Accepts cash only

🍚🍛☺

I went here for dinner yesterday with my friend . Friendly staff, chill ambience and delicious food. Just that I felt the food was quite expensive. Some dishes came without rice, so if you were to add rice, it would come to almost £20, which to me, feels like a lot.

Cosy place

The food was good, it was the first time I tried fried ice cream (vegan vanilla) and it was nice !

Service was ok !

They did not accept credit card when we stopped by.

Pros: Fried vanilla ice cream

Cons: Did not take credit card

Great food, disappointing service

My friend and I stopped by this little Vietnamese place on our way home from doing touristy stuff. The restaurant is unassuming and cosy, and the food was really great - I had the spicy noodle soup and my friend opted to go straight for the dessert (fried ice cream), and we also had their signature cocktail. Sadly, the service disappointed; we noticed that there was no toilet roll and soap in one of the toilets and informed one of the team members, but nothing was done about it for ages while said team member was just standing behind the (empty) bar. It took another team member to address the issue. This could be a great place with a bit of effort.
Also, worth noting that the place is cash only, and it's pretty expensive for the area.

fab all vegan food

finally got round to eating here and worth the wait ! had the summer rolls to start and then the pho noodle soup and the green banana with tofu and rice. very filling and great flavours but place is cash only and slightly on the pricey side - hence the lack of 5 stars.

Pros: fully vegan , nice staff

Cons: cash only, expensive for the area

So many great options, and a cute little restaurant in a good location. Really hope it does well as I would like to go again! Have also had great takeaway from here.

Delicious Vietnamese Food

Went here for my 21st birthday meal and wouldn’t have spent it anywhere else! A wee bit on the pricy side but worth it for a special occasion.

Pros: Tasty food, Variety of dishes, Friendly, accommodating staff

Cons: Bit pricey , Cash only

Excellent (but pricey) food

Been a few times. All the food I've tried has been great, especially the mixed platter starter.
However it is too expensive.

Pros: Great food, Vegan

Cons: Very expensive , Cash only

Tasty and fresh

As others have said, when you look at the menu the prices are surprisingly expensive! I'd wanted to try a few things but the cost was prohibitive - a starter for one for over £11 was too much. Got the spring rolls (cheapest starter at £9) and the pho (£15). Getting a curry plus rice would have been over £18. Portion sizes were good, great presentation, fast service, and fresh, interesting ingredients. I would go back with someone else to share a few things to try more, but won't be popping back solo again. Also, it's cash only - there's an ATM just across the road.

One of the Best in Glasgow

The staff and the food were all amazing! The freshness and flavour in the dishes are hard to beat, I particularly enjoyed Ha Noi Caramel & Green Banana dish, Summer Rolls and Pho. Every time I come to Glasgow I make sure I visit this place, would highly recommend! #Veganuary

Pros: Fresh food , Friendly staff, Tasty meat alternatives

Cons: Nothing

Great food but…

Discussing prices can be uncomfortable, but living in Edinburgh, I found the restaurant a bit pricey. The £11 starter, featuring salt & pepper tofu with silken tofu, fried chillies, and spring onion, was delicious but felt steep. The Pho, priced at £15, had two types of tofu and mushrooms was good but lacked a bit of seasoning. I skipped other mains due to the expected £18 cost with rice. Additionally, there are staffing issues that require attention.

I’m really into Vietnamese food rn. I find the broths are always delicate so you can add your own seasoning, which suits me because I like to go steady on it.

Hi 😊 by any chance do you know if the caramelised tofu and aubergine dish had nuts? Looks delish

Hu Julia, sorry I don't. I'm sure you can ask to make without but if it's a bad allergy I would have thought cross-contamination would be hard to guarantee. I did take a look at the menu it does not say nuts, other dishes highlight "contains peanuts", so your luck could be in.

Good food, a bit expensive

The food is good, but quite expensive. The 15 £ curry doesn't even come with rice. They charge 3.30 £ extra for it.

Lovely

Had a lovely leisurely meal here, with the savoury fried rice and tofu wrapped in lotus leaf (I think), and friend had the tofu and green banana with violet rice. All very tasty. I enjoyed a pot of green jasmine tea. We also enjoyed the battered ice cream (?!) and the fried mango slice.
Friendly staff, nice interior.
Bit pricey?
(NB in looking up their website and FB it seems they have other outlets that aren't vegan, so the menu isn't the one you'd see at this branch.)

Pros: Vegan, Unusual dishes

Cons: Bit pricey

Fragrant, delicious food

I tried Non Viet for Sunday lunch, and the place was almost empty. Service was quick and very friendly. We had the summer rolls starter, which was actually not particularly flavoursome, but the peanut sauce that accompanied it was very good.

As a main course, I had the Ha Noi caramel and banana, described in the menu as ‘a journey full of flavours … combines elements of the sea (seagrass), earth (soy) and fire of course’, with jasmine rice. The caramel and banana dish was amazing: I don’t really know what I was eating – the main ingredient seemed to be chunks of some kind of tofu or seitan but with nori on one side – but it was absolutely delicious, and quite filling.

For sure, the food is expensive, especially the starters, but for some really unusual flavours it is definitely worth it, and of course it is all vegan. I look forward to going back there and trying more of the menu!

Pros: Delicious, unusual flavours, Fairly extensive menu, Quick, friendly service

Cons: Expensive, especially the starters

Some great options, some okay options but still pricey

The fried spring rolls were really good. The fried rice was decent but needed more seasoning because it was a little bland.

Two of us shared two mains and two starters, couple of soft drinks and a glass of wine, no dessert came up to just under £70!

Pros: Decent food , Convenient location

Cons: Pricey

Delicious

First time visiting and will definitely go back. We ordered way too much food for 2! The spicy noodle soup was very flavourful with a great selection of veg and tofu. The special fried rice was beautiful. The house sharing platter had amazing salt and pepper tofu and these ha long fried cakes which tasted like these brilliant little fish cakes! The salt and pepper mixed mushrooms were a delight too. 10/10. Cash only but there is a cash machine across the road. It also has lovely decor and be sure to try the fresh lemonade and sala red soda.

Pros: Lots of options, Very tasty, Friendly staff

Cons: Cash only

Great food!

We had a really delicious dinner here - and great to see another fully vegan place open up.

We had spring rolls and 'fish' cakes as a starter, and delicious fried rice and a banana curry for mains. Amazing flavours in everything we had!

Was a little more expensive than expected, but everything was lovely and worth the price.

Pros: Flavours were amazing, Local vegan place

New vegan restaurant on Dumbarton Road! We had a starter and a smoothie and both were very tasty. I would come back more if it were cheaper.
