Very tasty but only one option - Edit
The shop generally has one vegan ice cream/sorbet option which changes from day to day. When I was there the option was cucumber sorbet, which was very tasty but might not be everyone's taste.

Tasty fresh sorbet - Edit
We tried nectarine and orange & rhubarb sorbets. Really fresh and tasty! The seller confirmed only the sorbets are vegan.
