Best Noodles EVER!

We often drive up from Seattle to Vancouver for the purpose of eating GOOD Chinese food. Today we went to Noodle Arts for the first time and OMG.....I'm in love and might have to just move here!!!!
We are vegetarian and they were very accommodating with many choices on the menu. The hand-pulled MADE TO ORDER Dan Dan noodles were out of this world and you get to choose the diameter of the noodles you'd like. We chose the thickest (5mm) and they were so fresh and chewy. I was in culinary heaven. The sauce the noodles were in was divine. We also ordered Spicy Salted Tofu and the portion was immense. The tofu was fried but very dry and not oily at all.
For dessert we order the red bean pancake and it was not great and very oily.
The woman who waited on us was very friendly and helpful. Even the tea was yummy. Can't wait to go again!

Pros: Location, Many vegan and vegetarian dishes, Fantastic chewy fresh noodles

5/5 - Awesome noodles 🍜

Cute little noodle shop on Robson closer to Stanley park.

Handmade noodles at this place were so good! You can customize how big and thick you want them.

So many vegan options on the menu from soup or dry noodles to apps and veg.

Got the dan dan noodles with the pork to make it vegan and the vegan green onion pancake.

The pancake was delicious. Super crispy with great sweet and sour sauce. The noodles were the best ever. I go the thick noodles and they were so good.

The service was great too. Shoutout to the chef and waitress who were super friendly and quick.

They also served us flower tea which was so good too. Wasn’t tangy or had a green or black tea taste, it was calming and nice. Honestly the tea made me so calm and sleepy 😂 it was nice.

Would definitely go back!!

Pros: Amazing noodles!!!, Lots of options

Vegan noodles and other dishes

Great selection of vegan Chinese dishes, including several noodle dishes made from hand-pulled noodles. Decent prices and very tasty. Vegan options clearly labeled. Serves beer.
The fried, salty and spicy tofu and the smashed cucumber salad were great!
