Amazing ramen - Edit
I had the fried cauliflower and spicy vegan option. The broth was a little sweet and really delicious. The noodles are handmade. I will go back and try the shoyu broth next time. If you have 4 people, definitely make a reservation. If you can’t reserve, get there right when they open!
