VeganMeat sushi x Yuan fine dining. This location formerly known as Yuan Vegetarien merged to this new plant based concept January 2022. Extensive menu features a variety of mockmeats in addition to noodles, rice, vegan sushi, and a wide array of Japanese and Asian fusion dishes. Also has bubble tea. Take Sherbrooke Metro station or Berri-UQAM then approx five minute walk. Open Tue-Sat 4:30pm-8:30pm.

I absolutely loved our meal! My husband and I drove up from Ottawa as a last minute decision for all you can eat night (Tuesday through Thursday). When we arrived the host wasn't sure if there was room so I would suggest to book in advance! The flavours were well balanced and textures were on point. Wish the fish alternatives tasted a little more fishy though. I would 100% drive up again just for the meal.

Best vegan buffet! - Edit
Friendly staff, lots of choices and, even though it's a buffet, you get à la carte quality dishes. It's the perfect place to bring non-vegan friends or family, as I couldn't imagine anyone not loving the food served there. Their plant-based salmon is shockingly similar to real salmon in taste and texture. Gave four stars only because they don't have an alcohol license and it isn't a BYOB.

If you loved Yuan, you're gonna love Oplante. It's very similar except everything is vegan and a bit more fancy.

So hearty and tasty! I can't believe the menu is vegan. It's the best vegan sushi I've had in a while. The sushi pizza with corn and calamari is a must.
