I had the hot vegan nut cheese and avocado sandwich on gluten free bread. Absolutely delicious. The vegan avocado chocolate mouse is by far the best I’ve ever had and the gf vegan chocolate peanut butter cheese cake is fabulous. The chef is friendly and everyone is so happy and welcoming. Loved the whole experience and especially the food.😄

We stopped here today having read the good reviews. I am a vegan but my husband is not so we wanted somewhere that gave us both an option. It didn't disappoint. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Organically Twisted is the best spot for lunch in Naples, hands down. The owner is the absolute nicest and the allover vibe is super chill and inviting (and they always have good music playing). They have several vegan options, plus some items that can be made vegan, and they’re all delicious! Raw Kelp Noodle bowl is my go-to, but the Mung Bean is soooo good too.

This is a great place to go for healthy food for lunch. All food there tastes fantastic and fresh. If you're vegan, you can request their vegan dressing or sauce on the salads, side salad, bowls or in their wraps. You can opt to get a meal in a wrap or a bowl. The atmosphere in the shop is wonderful and positive and the owner is super friendly. And they're very accomodating if you do or do not want something in a meal. Very friendly towards vegans. I even went to a private dinner event for a vegan group there once after business hours. Food is colorful and organic. I highly recommend them!!!

We had a great vegan lunch at Organically Twisted. We had two generous bowls – a taco salad and a an avocado, yam and black bean bowl. Both servings were generous and delicious. The staff is knowledgeable on modifications needed to make an item vegan. However, the day we visited no desserts were vegan. The day we were there they had two lunch items with meat in them. Too bad they are not totally vegan, but we will still definitely go back.
Read moreMy suggestions is that since the café offers eat-in service they should offer courtesy cups of cold water for those eating there. They currently only offer a limited number of bottled drinks, sparkling water and very large bottles of purified water.

The best place for organic food in Naples, they have amazing vegan options even though it's not classified as a vegan cafe. They just opened last week but the food truck has been around for 2 years now serving the local community at farmers markets and fun events. This week they had vegan quesadillas and a soba noodle dish that where incredibly flavorful and pleasantly filling. The guamus plate (avocado and hummus with fresh raw veggies) is a staple for me. The mommas pumpkin bread and gluten free muffins are a must try, you're welcome :)
