Cute little cafe! - Edit
A friend told me about this place. Amazingly, I walk by it all the time and never even realized they offered vegan goodies.
Read moreStopped in on a Sunday morning while attending a weekend event at the waterfront.
Ordered a chai tea in my own vessel and got a sticky bun. If you don't have your own beverage container, you can "buy" one and then get credited back if you leave it.
The chai was just right, not too sweet, nor too spicy, or too hot. I could actually drink it within 10 minutes and not nuke my tongue.
Multiple milk options, including almond and soy on my visit. Thank you for having soy when so few places don't, good for those with issues with nut or oat milks.
The pastry was tasty and satisfied.
A few seats inside with lots more out, though not covered. Faces a small garden-park space which was tranquil.

Love the vibe - Edit
The glasses they use here are really beautiful. Also the coffee is good. I’m excited to come back for a pastry. #Veganuary

Best Latte - Edit
A few things were out when I ordered and I wound up with an iced oat latte to go. It was probably the best latte I've ever had, which is wild. There was mention of the "milk guy" being out of town, so I'm thinking the oat milk is locally made and magical.

lovely - Edit
very lovely place. I've had the pastries before at the farmers market so I know they're good but unfortunately the one I tried today (rosemary scone) was very dry and tasteless. I am obsessed with Shoofly bakery scones so I'll stick with them in the future. but besides that, this place was adorable and has awesome outside seating, nice and shady in a park. There are only a couple seats the bar inside so not an ideal place on a rainy day. Great bike parking as well and it is right on a major bike trail so easy to get to! Bathrooms across the sidewalk (no soap)

Adorable little cafe - Edit
Perfectly tiny spot for a tasty coffee and scrumptious pastry. A few seats inside and outside is a beautiful garden. Deliciousness.

Delicious espresso - Edit
They have a great selection of vegan pastries. I stopped in to get an espresso and say hi to the owner, who’s a really kind and accommodating person.

Hit the Spot - Edit
All the Poppy Shop pastries looked good, but I chose a cinnamon scone with chai glaze. It paired well with my unsweetened iced tea.
