Theory: Humans Don't Need to Eat Animals to Survive - Edit
The Korean Tofu Rice Bowl was a big portion and a cheaper price than I expected in a museum café. I liked the flavor, but some of the rice (?) was hard.
Warning: The Plant-Based menu included a "plant-inspired" salad with feta, which I assumed was not vegan. It was also unclear whether the aioli on the burger was vegan.
