Plats locaux et Italiens : superbes ! - Edit
J’ai mangé plusieurs fois à Palo Verde :
Read more- pour le dîner, tout était délicieux. J’y ai goûté les lasagnes, les ravioles et les arancinis.
- pour le petit-déjeuner : j’y ai pris un chocolat chaud classique et un Christmas spécial à la cannelle et chantilly ainsi que des pancakes (minis) et des croissants (servis avec de la confiture et de la pâte à tartiner noisette). Tout était également très bon.
- pour le déjeuner : un burger avec frites (délicieuses !) et des chicken bites.
Le restaurant est très beau et dispose de plusieurs salles en plus d’une terrasse.
De plus, les desserts ne manquent pas : il y a un très grand choix de gâteaux, dont des locaux.

The food was alright - nothing amazing but overall decent. I would recommend the pancakes as some of the flavours in the savoury meals are a bit off. The service on the other hand has been lacking even after multiple visits with staff having a rude demeanor.

This is my way to go for dinner in Prague. The atmosfere in great and the food selection is always amazing. The menu propose traditional dish reviseted to be plant based and the result is incredible.

Carp fillets are coated in flour, dipped in egg, covered in breadcrumbs, and fried until crispy and golden. The potato salad is made from boiled and diced potatoes, canned peas, pickled cucumbers or canned carrots, boiled eggs, mustard, or mayonnaise.
Of course, having a vegan version of a fish dish is not going to taste exactly the same、 but I appreciated being able to try a traditional styled meal while in Prague.
It tasted good.

Incredible restaurant! I just landed from Paris and my hotel room wasn’t ready so I went to grab lunch here. I was seated in a lovely back area with an outlet to charge my phone, great lighting and music, and above all, delicious food with generous portions! I couldn’t finish everything. Plus, the service couldn’t have been better. Everyone was so lovely and in fact recommended I return for a dessert that they said I have to try, which I will do before I leave! Highly recommend!

My partner loved the scrambled tofu so much, he had it every time, but I also tried the salmon bagle and kimchi omlette. It was so yummy, I wish I'd had time to try it all!

It’s always a pleasure to eat at a restaurant where you can order any item from the menu because everything is vegan. We had the vegan chicken burger, the traditional Czech steak and dumpling, and some fries. The fries were superb, the burger large and tasty, and the steak dish was interesting and different to anything I‘ve had before but very heavy. If you’re not into industrial meat imitation products, I would recommend a different dish. Staff were friendly enough but not particularly welcoming of small children.

Best vegan ‘beef’ and dumpling ever! - Edit
This was the most incredibly delicious meal. We were only in Prague for 2 hours and it was so worth the walk just to eat here. I want to visit Prague again so badly as it’s beautiful and when I do, will totally go back here.
